8. SERVER LOG FILES

9. STORAGE LOCATION AND DURATION

If you contact us, your data will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent. The data we store will be stored by our hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH for a period of 14 days. In addition, for security reasons we use third party providers for backups, where data is stored for up to five years.

10. SECURITY THROUGH SSL

Your personal data such as your name, address or e-mail address are protected by modern security systems. The transmission of this data is encrypted and unreadable for outsiders using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL), a security standard supported by all common internet browsers. You can recognise the security status by the ending “s” in the first part of the address (“https:” instead of “http:” ).
